Four Bedrooms with 4 King size beds

Four XL bunks in the basement

Bathrooms include one in the basement, one of the first floor connecting to the first floor king bedroom, one upstairs accomodating the two other king bedrooms and one upstairs off the master bedroom.

Bathrooms are all equipped with: fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash/soap, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dyers

Washer and Dryer onsite

Laundry room includes: Beach/pool towels, drink/wine refrigerator, beach bags, an iron and steamer

Pool outside with outdoor furniture

Pool table and peloton in the basement

A shed containing beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys

Things to know

A beach pass is needed to access to all beachs and are by license plate from 5/15 through 9/15. Beach parking can be obtained in the summer by paying remotely at the beach (see sign) for about $50/day. Off-season is free of charge. The village does ticket heavily in the summer, it pays for much of the villages budgets.

Cameras are installed for front door and security

Please DO NOT turn on the pool heater until requested from the owner

If the firepit is used, is must have a small flame and must be put completely out when no one is around.

If you are here from more than 4 days, please take trash to the East Hampton Recycling Center. You must use the dump sticker so please contact the owner for use of the permit.

Sign our guest book and let us know what you enjoyed during your stay

Place all beach items, chairs, etc. int the place you found them. Make sure the shed is properly locked.

Turn off all lights.

Turn upstairs and main level thermstats to the owners temperature. This will vary based on the season.

Please strip the sheets and pillows off the bed and place them on the corner of the floor. Please DO NOT take them into the laundry room as they will get mixed together with the other rooms.

Please leave all dirty towels handing on the hooks. Do not leave wet towels on the floor as the cleaning crew may not get there for another day or so.

Place all dirty items in the dishwasher and run it

Text owners of any items that were broken or used up; suchs as paper towels, toliet paper, napkins, etc.

Please empty the refrigerator of any items that are expired or were purchased during your visit and place them in the trash.

Please make sure all trash is in the outdoor trash cans and they are secured tightly. Animals will get into the bags if left beside the cans. If the trash cans are filled, please take them to the dump. See above.

Please lock all doors and return the key as indicated by the owners.
